Paul Evans

Just when we thought he was out....

...Paul Evans keeps pulling himself back in.

The former state senate candidate and aspiring congressional candidate has set up his own state PAC, the Oregon Pioneer PAC, raising funds for candidates "at the county, city, and special district level at the local level." The PAC raised $500 so far and made no contributions yet.
