The direction of Oregon's US Senate campaign just took a 180.  The AP reports John Frohnmayer, independent candidate for US Senate, is leaving the race due to his inability to raise money and his lack of grassroots support.

As Jeff Mapes reports, there's a new kid in town. Dave Brownlow obtained the Constitution Party nomination for US Senate over this past weekend, sparking debate on whether his candidacy will help or hurt incumbent Senator Gordon Smith in his bid for re-election.
