The Secretary of State’s office has hit anti-tax activist Bill Sizemore with a fine, the AP is reporting. Sizemore had been helping to oversee an initiative petition drive that had been improperly compensating its signature-gatherers. "It's just an act of intimidation,” Sizemore responded.
