Obama's big Oregon superdelegate week

Since the primary, Oregon’s superdelegates have been falling like dominoes towards Obama.

Yesterday evening, Wayne Kinney—the Democratic Party of Oregon's committeeman to the Democratic National Committee—became the third superdelegate since the primary to choose the Seantor from Illinois.

Kinney’s decision leaves the count f Oregon’s superdelegates at six to two, with four left to declare.

"After watching Sen. Obama for more than ayear, it's clear that he offers an ability to lead and inspire that's been sorely lacking in this country," Kinney said in a statement.

“Sen. Obama will win our nomination, and will be our President. It felt good to write that sentence,” he concluded.
