OEA endorsement is worth the big bucks for Brown

Although the vote went into two rounds, Secretary of State candidate Sen. Kate Brown eventually procured the Oregon Education Association endorsement. And now the OEA is demonstrating just how valuable that endorsement can be.

The educators’ union just handed Brown a check for $25,000, which might not sit well with Brown’s opponents, Sens. Rick Metsger and Vicki Walker, both of whom will return to the Legislature if they lose the race. Furthermore, Walker chairs the Senate Education Committee.

Hi OEA... Have you ever met Senator Walker???

Actually, Walker chairs the Senate Education Committee.

So, like... is the OEA new to this or what?
