Blumenauer in Obama's Cabinet
Earl Blumenauer is my Congressman and I'd be very sorry to lose him, but he would be an asset to any Administration he chose to serve in a Cabinet position.
If Blumenauer's seat came open in 2009 due to a Cabinet appointment, maybe Jeff Merkley could run for THAT. I'd consider supporting him, depending upon who else was running.
